It’s Weigh In Day #2 For Our November 2016 #30DayChallenge 

Happy Tuesday Everyone! It’s day 15 of our November 30 day challenge! Today is our 2nd weigh in for this month! We will do 2 more weigh ins during this month’s challenge.  So don’t forget to weigh in first thing this morning in order to tell me how did during the past 2 weeks! I am happy to announce that I’ve lost 4 pounds total in the first 2 weeks of this challenge!!! This means I’m on target with my goal to lose 2 pounds per week. What about you? Either respond to this post or send me a personal message. In addition to your progress I want to know what is your breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner plan for today? What is your exercise plan? Go ahead and write down your goals/plan for the rest of the week and execute the plan! Remember this if you fail to plan then you indeed plan to fail! So get that plan out on paper or on your Smartphone and/or tablet and let’s make this 3rd week of the challenge great, healthy and active!!! I’m praying and believing for your success this week! Let’s get it!!!

Great Day to All of you Motivated, Beautiful & Healthy People! It’s Day 8 of our 30 day challenge and it’s also our first weigh in day for the month of June!!! Let me know how you did!!! Today I want you to think about what your goal is for this week. My goal for this week is to lose at least 2 pounds and to work out 6 days this week for at least 1 hour per day. I will sleep 7-8 hours and eat clean, sugar free all week long with NO exceptions! What about you??? I want to hear from you! Let’s make this week great & healthy!!! You CAN do it!!! I’m praying and rooting for you!!! Let’s get it!!! 🙂

Happy Saturday it’s the 15th day of our 30 Day Challenge!!! You have made it through the halfway point of the challenge!!! How are things going? What challenges & successes have you had thus far on the challenge? Today is our 2nd weigh in for the month of May!!! Make sure you weigh in first thing this morning and let me know how you are doing!

Remember You CAN do it!! Don’t you
ever give up!!! Even if you can’t exercise like you may want to eat clean and stay within your allotted calories within MyFitnessPal and you should be able to still lose or maintain your weight until you can get a regular workout schedule going again.
