Welcome to our January 2019 #Keto and #IF #30DayChallenge! I know you are ready to get this year started off Healthy and STRONG 💪🏾🏋️♀️🏃🏾♀️!!! We will eat a Ketogenic diet that includes eating clean with no processed foods & no added sugar or starches. The macros for the Keto diet include 75% fat, 20% protein & 5% carbs.
You can utilize the MyFitnessPal app to keep track of your daily macro intake. This means eating moderate amounts of lean protein, generous amounts of healthy fats including nuts and seeds, coconut oil, olive oil, avocados, grass fed butter and more. We will also eat vegetables & low glycemic fruit such as blueberries, raspberries and strawberries!
If you want to take your fat burning regimen to the next level eat your meals during an 8 hour window(12-8, 1-9 or 2-10). The benefits of intermittent fasting is life changing and I am a witness as I’ve lost weight, my cholesterol numbers are normal and I no longer have pre-diabetes!!! Our other goals for this challenge is to exercise (3-5 days weekly), eliminate/reduce stress in your life and commit to getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep daily! In addition I recommend you switching to eating organic and/or Non-GMO food. Below are labels that show you how you can identify foods that are organic and/or Non-GMO.

#TGIF!!! I hope you are having a great time resting and enjoying this holiday season with your #friends and #family. Well I decided to go back to the #gym today to burn off ALL of these #Christmas holiday calories that I acquired! It’s ok to splurge for a day or so but don’t stay there! 🚫 Are you ready to join me on my next #Keto #30DayChallenge starting on 1/2/18!? I know I’m ready!!! By the #GRACE of God I was able to lose 35 pounds in 2017 but I’m believing and setting goals to reach my ultimate weight goal in 2018!!! 💯
I also got out of the pre-diabetic range on my A1C, my total cholesterol numbers are normal and I dropped from a 3x to a L size in clothes. I don’t have to buy any more plus sized clothes!!! Goodbye Lane Bryant!✌🏾 My back, shoulder and hip pain is gone! As far as I’m concerned its been a pretty successful year health wise. I give glory to #God for it and I’m thankful that he opened my eyes to the benefits of intermittent fasting and eating a ketogenic diet. Happy Monday Everyone! It is day 10 of our #30DayChallenge for this month!!! I am so excited about it because I can already see progress on the scale and in my clothes! Every 10 days in this challenge we will weigh in and check on our progress. Weigh in either today or tomorrow morning and let me know what progress you have made so far this month. I am super excited to report that I’ve already lost 5 pounds this month!!!
I have lost 5 pounds by consistently implementing both the #Ketogenic way of eating and the intermittent fasting pattern of eating where I eat 2 meals within a 6-8 hour window from 2-8pm or 12-8pm daily. I have also consistently exercised for at least 60 minutes a day. Sooooooooo today I went shopping for some new #gym clothes. I tried on some pants in the plus size section because that’s all I’ve ever bought or could wear since the age of 12. Well guess what? I had to move on to the Misses section today!!!!! From 3X to XL Baby!
Moral of the story is just because you’ve never experienced being out of the plus size range doesn’t mean you never will. All things are possible if you believe & do the work to achieve! Goodbye #PlusSize! Hello Misses!!!💯 #LetsGo
