Happy #ThankfulThursday and welcome to our November 2018 #30DayChallenge!!! We are in the month where we celebrate how thankful we are and I just wanted to take the time to thank each and every one of you for being on this healthy eating & fitness journey with me!!! You just don’t know how much energy and motivation you bring just by being a part of this movement!!!

Take Your Fitness and Keto Journey 1 Day at a Time!

Happy Saturday my #30DayChallenge Fam!!! I want to hear from you! What goals did you set for yourself this week? Did you achieve them? Why or why not? Listen, whether you did or not one thing I’ve learned is that you have to take this fitness journey one day at a time. Begin by setting a daily goal of exercise and eating healthy keto meals/IF and go from there. Believe me the results will follow.

My goal for this week was to just be consistent. As you can see in the infographic above, I met my fitness goals 5 out of 5 days. As a result I lost 7 pounds in one week. Literally 1 pound a day. Consistency is the key to reach any short or long term goal you may set. Just take it one day at a time! I did! πŸ’―

It’s our 1st weigh in day for the month of May 2018!!! We are 10 days into this 30 day challenge already! Weigh in tomorrow morning and see how much progress you have made! I think its key that we learn these foundational concepts to help get the tools that we need to be successful and to inspire us to stay on track!
