What is Your Diet, Weight & Fitness Goal For This Week?

Great Day to All of you Motivated, Beautiful & Healthy People! It’s Day 8 of our 30 day challenge and it’s also our first weigh in day for the month of June!!! Let me know how you did!!! Today I want you to think about what your goal is for this week. My goal for this week is to lose at least 2 pounds and to work out 6 days this week for at least 1 hour per day. I will sleep 7-8 hours and eat clean, sugar free all week long with NO exceptions! What about you??? I want to hear from you! Let’s make this week great & healthy!!! You CAN do it!!! I’m praying and rooting for you!!! Let’s get it!!! 🙂

Happy Monday Everyone!!! I hope your week is off to a great start! It is Day 8 of our 30 day challenge!!! So you know what that means… Yes it’s time for our weekly weigh in! Get up Tuesday morning and weigh yourself. Please follow-up with me to let me know how your first week went whether or not you lost any pounds or not.

Remember regardless of what the scale says you are beautiful and or handsome. Your beauty is not defined by what you see on the outside but who are within. God fearfully and wonderfully made each of you. Believe that! Begin to see yourself the way God sees you! Love you bunches! Let’s go!
