What is Your Goal For This Week?


Great Day to All of you Motivated, Beautiful & Healthy People! It’s Day 8 of our 30 day challenge and it’s also our first weigh in day for the month of June!!! Let me know how you did!!! Today I want you to think about what your goal is for this week. My goal for this week is to lose at least 2 pounds and to work out 6 days this week for at least 1 hour per day. I will sleep 7-8 hours and eat clean, sugar free all week long with NO exceptions! What about you??? I want to hear from you! Let’s make this week great & healthy!!! You CAN do it!!! I’m praying and rooting for you!!! Let’s get it!!! 🙂
