– Reducing Stress by Practicing Intentional Self-care Daily
– Eliminating Snacking, Processed Foods, Starchy Carbs and Sugar (with the exception of low glycemic fruit) from our meals.
The beautiful thing about spring is we see dead things come to life again. 🌱 We see the beautiful transformation of a seed turn into a seedling, a seedling into a plant and leaves start to form and before you know it goes into full bloom. 🌻 That change doesn’t happen overnight, it is a process. Planting the seed in fertile ground, giving it water, exposing it to the sun and the nutrients it needs to have a good start and to sustain its growth over time. When it stops being watered it dies. Have you allowed the goals and dreams of you becoming the healthiest version of yourself to grow dormant and die? Have you stopped watering it and sustaining its life? Guess what?
