Our 2018 #Keto #30DayChallenge Begins Today!!!

Happy Tuesday! It is day 1 of our #Keto #30DayChallenge! I hope you are ready to hit the ground running this month!!! I’ve heard from many of you that you are going to commit to making dietary and exercise changes by adopting the #Ketogenic diet, intermittent fasting and by becoming more active! I know it may be a challenge to make these changes at first but these are powerful tools to get results. 0nce you begin seeing the results it will motivate you even more to stay on course.

Here is an 11 minute video from Dr. Josh Axe regarding what a Ketogenic Diet is and what it is not. Listen and be inspired to start and to continue this challenge with me! Our August Keto #30DayChallenge Starts Today!!!

Happy Hump Day!!! I’m excited that you are starting this month off right by taking this #Keto challenge with me! When you make the decision to join this challenge you are making the decision to eat clean (no processed food & no added sugar or starches), exercise (3-5 days weekly), eliminate/reduce stress in your life and commit to getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep daily! In addition I highly recommend you switching to eating organic and/or Non-GMO food.

If you are still on the fence about starting this challenge do what you can. Start small by committing to exercising at least 30 minutes or more per day for at least 3 days per week and by eliminating all processed foods. Check out the Whole 30 option if you want to ease into eating clean. I lost 9 pounds in the month of July by adopting this way of eating along with intermittent fasting and exercise.
