Happy Tuesday! It is day 1 of our #Keto #30DayChallenge! I hope you are ready to hit the ground running this month!!! I’ve heard from many of you that you are going to commit to making dietary and exercise changes by adopting the #Ketogenic diet, intermittent fasting and by becoming more active! I know it may be a challenge to make these changes at first but these are powerful tools to get results. 0nce you begin seeing the results it will motivate you even more to stay on course.
