Happy Saturday Everyone! It’s day 2 of our April 30 day challenge! Use today or tomorrow to get prepared for this upcoming week. Are you ready to eat clean and to exercise consistently during the month of April? Well I sure am! With summer time quickly approaching I really want to get serious and meet my goals! I know you are too! Well I challenge you to eat clean with no processed foods during this month and to exercise at least 3-5 days per week! Lastly don’t forget to get at least 8 hours of sleep per day. Getting adequate sleep and living a stress free life is paramount to you kicking your weight loss into full gear! We have to make a conscious decision say NO to everything that will try to distract US from meeting OUR goals this month! I believe in you and I am praying for your success. Never give up! Don’t stop until you meet your goals!!!
Let’s prepare for Monday! Go shopping, write down your exercise and food plan for the week, pack your meals the night before each new day so there will be no excuse to deviate from the plan! It’s time to get April FIT! Tomorrow I want you to share with me your food and exercise plan for this upcoming week. I will post my plan too! Let’s hold each other accountable.
