What’s On Your Plate Today? I Beg You… Eat Clean!


Great Day Everyone! How is the 30 Day Challenge going for you? Make sure you stick to the plan of eating lean meat, veggies, nuts, beans, seeds and fruit today with no processed food or starches. Do you know why it’s important not to eat processed food? The reason is it’s not healthy and can cause cancer, diabetes, inflammation, blood pressure and a plethora of other issues with our health if we continue to consume them. It also causes us to gain weight, even the so-called low calorie mystery food, you know the ones with all of the names you cannot pronouce on the ingredient label! When you eat processed food your body has no idea what to do with it because it’s not real food, so guess what happens??? Your body ends up storing it as fat and often times we overeat those foods because your body is unable to figure out if you are even full. I will share more data regarding the impact of processed foods in future posts but I just wanted to introduce it briefly today. So… What’s for lunch, snack and dinner today? I ask that question for 2 reasons. #1 for accountability and #2 to give everyone else the lunch, dinner and snack ideas we all have. Let’s collaborate, share ideas and make this month’s challenge great!
