Happy Monday Everyone! It’s day 3 of our 30 day challenge!!! How did day 1 & 2 go for everyone? How did you do with your meals and exercising? I recognize that this 30 day challenge can be a challenge but I believe you can do it! I know change, planning and putting the meal and exercise plan into action is hard but its necessary if you want to see some results! So don’t give up!!!
I decided over the weekend that I was going to take my exercise to the next level. I plan to increase the intensity of my cardio and do more strength training. I had my first installment of an intense workout today thanks to my friend Shatorria Whitener. It was nothing less than crucial but I had my end goal in mind so I had to just push thru the pain, the sweat, the intensity and meet the challenge head on! I’m happy to announce that I made it through that workout! I’m a survivor lol!
You too can push yourself beyond what you think is possible. Sometimes you need someone who will take the time to push you, train you or show you exercises that will be beneficial for you to meet your goals. Consider enlisting the help of a personal trainer. Planet Fitness actually gives you a free session with their personal trainer if you are a member with them. Do whatever it takes to get to the next level! So let’s push through the exercise, the challenges, the headaches and the cravings. You CAN do it! I believe in you!!! Let’s get it!!!
