What Is Your Exercise & Meal Plan For Today?

Happy Wednesday Everyone! How are things going on day 5 of the challenge? What is your exercise and meal plan for the day? My goal for today is to get at least a 1.5-2 hour workout in and to just eat lean meat, veggies, almonds and fruit before 6pm. What about you? Let me hear from you!!! Make today great & healthy!
