Happy Monday Everyone! It is day 10 of our #30DayChallenge for this month!!! I am so excited about it because I can already see progress on the scale and in my clothes! Every 10 days in this challenge we will weigh in and check on our progress. Weigh in either today or tomorrow morning and let me know what progress you have made so far this month. I am super excited to report that I’ve already lost 5 pounds this month!!!
I have lost 5 pounds by consistently implementing both the #Ketogenic way of eating and the intermittent fasting pattern of eating where I eat 2 meals within a 6-8 hour window from 2-8pm or 12-8pm daily. I have also consistently exercised for at least 60 minutes a day.
