Happy New Year 2023!!! Are you ready to start 2023 off healthy? Join me on this month’s Choosing Healthy self-care challenge! The goal for this month’s ONE goal self-care challenge is to identify at least ONE area that you want to focus on by developing sustainable healthy habits and be consistent with it such as getting at least 30 minutes of exercise/activity in at least 3x weekly, eating healthy whole foods, getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep in daily and/or practicing intentional self-care daily. Other options can include reducing or eliminating high carb/sugary processed foods and eliminating snacking in between meals.
So what will your ONE goal be for this month? If you are more experienced at Choosing Healthy, feel free to focus on more than ONE thing this month. However, if you are finding it difficult to get started with making healthy choices, focusing in on at least ONE thing can be the catalyst to help get you started on a healthier path.
