Take some time today to plan/set your SMART goals for next week. Make sure they are achievable and take ACTION!!! π₯π₯π₯
For example my goals for next week are as follows:
1) Walk/Jog/Run 10,000 steps daily at least 5 days next week.
2) Eat Clean/Keto/Organic/NonGMO- No packaged/processed foods, only whole foods through August 31st.
3) Eliminate ALL SUGAR through August 31st!
