What Is Your #Why For Getting #Healthy?

#HappyMonday!!! It’s my #42ndBirthday!!! I’m so #grateful to still be alive and well and I know it’s all because of the #grace of God! Just to give you an update I lost 13 pounds during the month of August and I’m looking forward to continuing on this healthy and active journey for a lifetime. There’s nothing more motivational than having a birthday to remind you of the value of your life and how much of a blessing it is to be alive. It is also a good time to reflect and do some introspection to celebrate what you are doing well and to identify the areas, habits, mindsets, and etc., that need to change in order for you to reach your goals in life.

Let’s start with the why. My why is the desire to break the cycle of diabetes, cancer and heart disease in my family line and to live a long, healthy and abundant life full of joy, mental clarity, mobility, and the ability to run and play with my children, grandchildren and great grandchildren!!! What about you?
