Happy Saturday Everyone!!! For the next 3 days leading up to the start of our January 2, 2018 #30DayChallenge launch I’m going to be posting some videos and other resources on intermittent fasting to educate you on its benefits and how it actually works. This one is only 4 minutes long so check it out it can literally change your total health picture. I personally intermittent fast daily and have an 8 hour eating window generally from 12-8pm. Utilizing IF and eating a #ketogenic diet is what has helped me to get out of the pre-diabetic range and to lose 35 pounds in 2017. Of course always consult with your doctor before starting this or any other diet or exercise plan. I am not a dietitian or nutritionist I am just sharing what has worked for me.
My doctors have been amazed at my progress especially when they look at my family history of which includes high blood pressure, diabetes and high cholesterol. Before I took charge of my health I was well on my way to developing those health conditions but through these diet and exercise changes (mainly diet) all of these have been reversed and all of my health numbers are normal. Am I done yet NOPE! I still have a ways to go but I’m grateful that I’m going in the right direction. I will meet my ultimate goal in 2018. #NoDoubt
