Welcome To Our September #30DayChallenge!!!

Welcome to our September 30 day challenge! I’m excited that you are starting this month off right by taking this challenge with me! This is an exciting month for me because its my birthday month and I will be turning the BIG 40!!!! Soooo I set an ambitious goal for my birthday and I’m literally 7 pounds away from it!!!! By God’s grace I will reach it by September 9th! I lost 20 pounds during the month of August! No joke and it got really real! How did you do this month? Let me know what progress you have made by responding to this post!

In this challenge we will be eating the #Keto way, eating clean (no processed food & no added sugar or starches), healthy fats including nuts and seeds, vegetables & low glycemic fruit such as blueberries, raspberries and strawberries! Our other goals for this challenge is to exercise (3-5 days weekly), eliminate/reduce stress in your life and commit to getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep daily! In addition I recommend you switching to eating organic and/or Non-GMO food. Below are labels that show you how you can identify foods that are organic and/or Non-GMO.

If you are still on the fence about starting this challenge do what you can. Start small by committing to exercising at least 30 minutes or more per day for at least 3 days per week and by eliminating all processed foods & added sugars.
