It’s time for our July Choosing Healthy self-care challenge! Can you believe that we are already at the midpoint of 2022? Go to the link below for this month’s self-care challenge details where we will focus on the following:
– Eating Clean Whole Foods
– Getting Adequate Sleep
– Reducing Stress by Practicing Intentional Self-care Daily
– Avoid Snacking, Processed Foods, Starchy Carbs and Sugar (with the exception of low glycemic fruit from our meals.
As I stated at the beginning of this post we are at the mid-point of 2022. What actions will you need to take in order for you to achieve the goals that you set for yourself at the beginning of this year? Take some time to think about that question and make the necessary adjustments to start making progress towards your goals.
Often we focus on weight loss when we make healthy changes but let’s change our focus to getting healthier and weight loss will become a byproduct of that effort. Do you believe that?
