Let’s Prioritize Exercise Daily!!! Let’s Go!!! 🔥🔥🔥

Here are my exercise stats from fitbit for yesterday. I exceeded my usual goal of 12,000 steps because I wanted to take my workout up a notch. Did you meet your exercise goals for yesterday? If not today is a NEW day to Choose Healthy. Let’s make it happen TODAY! Strive to get at least 30 minutes or more of exercise in daily for heart health, mood uplift and overall well-being. Walking is a great option to get started. Choose to make getting some form of exercise a priority on your daily/weekly agenda. Remember YOU are MORE than WORTH it!!!
