A key that I’ve found in choosing healthy daily is to eliminate snacking in between meals. Snacking is unnecessary and can stimulate an insulin response that will make it harder for you to burn fat during the day, if weight loss is your goal. Another benefit of not snacking is it could help reduce your A1C if that is your goal as well in preventing pre-diabetes or diabetes. This has been my experience along with a low carb keto diet and regular exercise.
