Happy Tuesday Choosing Healthy Family!!! I hope you had a great Easter 2021 weekend!!! So tell me what is your exercise plan/goal for today? I plan to get 10,000 Fitbit steps in and some strength training. Let’s make getting exercise in on a consistent basis a priority this week and beyond. The benefits of exercise include stress reduction, heart disease prevention, immune system boost, improved mood and so much more.
