Happy #ThankfulThursday!!! How are you doing Keto Family???!!! It’s our first weigh day for this month! How did the first 10 days of this challenge of Eating Clean, Keto, Intermittent Fasting, Self-Care and Exercise go for you? Let me know what scale and/or non-scale victories you’ve experienced so far this month! I’ve personally lost 3 pounds so far this month and I’m super grateful for that and I know it’s as a result of eating a keto diet, getting consistent exercise and intermittent fasting/time restricted eating.
What about you??? If you haven’t had much progress on the scale or if you have gained weight during this season of social distancing try your best to eliminate snacking in between meals for the rest of the month, do some carb distancing (low carb/keto eating) and refrain from eating sweets where at all possible. Remember take it one day at a time. You’ve got this Fam! I’m rooting for you and praying for your progress!!! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
