Set Realistic Goals to Ensure Your Success!


It’s Day 15 of our #30DayChallenge and I’m excited to say that we have officially made it halfway through the challenge!!!! How awesome is that?  How are things going for you?  What challenges do you need help overcoming? Either respond to this post or send me a private message.

Thursday is our weigh in day so please plan on weighing in 1st thing Thursday morning after using the bathroom first of course. Once you weigh yourself send me a message letting me know your status and go to MyFitnessPal and update your weight there as well so we can all celebrate the success you have made so far.

It is important for you to set some goals during this challenge. It is a healthy goal to strive to lose at least 1-2 pounds per week.  If you lose 4-8 pounds on this challenge then you are doing great! If not then you will want to take it up a notch by increasing your exercise and making sure you are staying within your daily allotted calorie target that MyFitnessPal set up for you when you registered. Double check in your settings that you have it set up for you to lose 2 pounds per week. Remember also not to eat your exercise calories. 

Let’s make these last 2 weeks on the challenge great! You can do it!!!!
