We Are Halfway There! Let’s Celebrate!

It’s Day 15 & it’s officially halfway through our challenge! Today is also our weigh in day to check on your progress thus far! Weigh in today or first thing Tuesday morning & let me know how you are doing. Feel free to send me a private message.

Remember this regardless of what the scale says don’t get discouraged.  Celebrate the fact that you have shifted from eating processed foods to eating clean food. Celebrate the fact that you are consistently getting 3-5 days of exercise in.  More importantly celebrate the fact that you are fearfully & wonderfully made by God regardless of what the scale says.

Lastly I celebrate you for taking this challenge with me.  It’s definitely not for the faint at heart. I believe in you & I have the faith that you will meet & exceed all your health & fitness goals!  Just continue to stay the course & do the work.  Let’s take it up a notch & knock the rest of this challenge out of the park.  Much love to you all.
