It’s Day 13! I hope your weekend is going well!  How are you doing on the challenge so far? I know there are times when you can get so discouraged on this journey that you will want to just quit but don’t quit, just get back up again & do it. You can do this. Remember with God’s help, a made up mind, a plan & consistent action to work the plan nothing will be impossible for you!
