Happy Saturday!!! How are you doing Keto Family???!!! It’s our first weigh day for this month of July! How did the first 10 days of this challenge of Eating Clean, Keto, Intermittent Fasting, Self-Care and Exercise go for you? Let me know what scale and/or non-scale victories you’ve experienced so far this month! If you haven’t had much progress on the scale or if you have gained weight during this season of social distancing try your best to eliminate snacking in between meals for the rest of the month, do some carb distancing (low carb/keto eating) by refraining from eating sugar, potatoes, rice, pasta and bread products and focus more on eating meat, eggs, vegetables, avocados, nuts, and cook with only healthy saturated fats like butter, avocado oil and coconut oil. Remember take it one meal/day at a time. You’ve got this Fam! I’m rooting for you and praying for your progress!!! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
