TGIF!!! Just finished getting in my last round of 5K training in before I run the #RunLikeADiva 5K/Half Marathon run this weekend!!! Just wanted to share some motivation and give you an assignment over the weekend!!! 1) #EatClean 2) #Exercise 3)Find some #healthy #recipes and/or snack ideas to share on my Monday knowledge sharing post!!! I can’t wait to see what ideas you come up with. Make this weekend active and healthy! Prepare for next week by getting your healthy food shopping in. Aldi is my favorite spot for that!!! #Pray for me as I run this 5K this weekend! I’ll share pictures from the event! Thanks as always for being on this journey with me!
