Happy Sunday! I hope you are ready for the next #30DayChallenge starting tomorrow Monday, March 17th! I am super excited to get back on track and to take this challenge to the next level. We will continue to focus on eating clean (no processed foods), exercise 3-5 times a week including cardio & strength training exercises & sleep at least 6-8 hours per day.
