Happy New Year’s Eve Everyone! I hope you ALL had a great Christmas & are looking forward to having an awesome, prosperous & productive 2014! I’m excited to announce the winner of the 30 Day Challenge that concluded on last week! Coming in 3rd with a 4 pound loss was Shayla Scott, 2nd with a 4.2 pound loss was Nicole McClintock & finally the winner of the 30 Day Challenge Antidote Creative Group Photo Shoot is Crystal Stewart with an 8 pound weight loss! Congrats Crystal for being the biggest weight loss achiever on this challenge!

Congrats to everyone who participated in this challenge! I know it was particularly more challenging to do because of the holidays. But you have an amazing opportunity to join the next challenge starting on January 1st 2014! That’s right the next challenge begins tomorrow, New Year’s day!
The goals for this challenge is to eat clean that means no processed foods. Here are the acceptable foods: Lean meats including chicken, turkey & lean cuts of beef and pork, vegetables, fruit, beans, nuts, water, unsweetened almond milk, whey or soy protein for a breakfast shake or smoothie, coffee & hot tea. You can drink coffee or tea without a sweetener or you can use 1-2 teaspoons of honey as your sweetener. But limit it to once per day. On this challenge I really want to eliminate all artificial sweeteners as studies suggest that they are more harmful to your health as originally suspected. Strive to drink at least 1 gallon of water per day, sleep at least 6-8 hours per day & to exercise at least 3-5 days per week for 45-75 minutes! I know this may sound overwhelming but it has truly been the key to my weight loss success! I’ve lost 63 pounds in 6 months by implementing these processes. Let me know what questions you have!
