My Mid-week Harvest and Finishing October 2020 Self-care Strong!!!

Happy Hump day Choosing Healthy family!!! How are things going on your end from an eating healthy, exercise, sleep and self-care perspective? I hope all is well and that you are practicing intentional self-care daily!!! All is well on my end I just wanted to quickly share with you my midweek harvest of green bell peppers, habanero peppers, jalapenos, cowhorn peppers, heirloom tomatoes, cilantro, kale, romaine lettuce and mustard greens!!! I’m still waiting on my cabbage, brussel sprouts and collard greens to produce a bountiful harvest, slowly but surely it will come! 💯
