What Is Your Daily Exercise Plan?

What is your exercise plan for today? Mine is to get at least 12,000-15,000 steps. Be intentional about integrating exercise into your daily schedule as a regular self-care practice. If you are not currently exercising on a regular basis start off with a 30 minute walk and then build from there. Your heart, A1C and your immune system will thank you!!!
