
Happy Tuesday!!! We are halfway through this month’s 30 day challenge! So weigh in & let me know how you are doing!!! What is your exercise & meal plan for TODAY? Here is a pic of my breakfast smoothie! It has mixed berries, almond milk, Hemp protein, flax seeds, chia seeds and a teaspoon of melted coconut oil. Yum!
I also plan to get at least 10,000-20,000 steps in today using my Fitbit device as a measuring tool. If you have a Fitbit add me as a friend so we can challenge each other. Feel free to invite me and I will join you! This is a great way to hold each other accountable to our exercise goals. Here are my stats from yesterday below!
