Happy New Year 2022!!! Are you ready to start 2022 off on a healthy note? Join me on this month’s Start with ONE thing Choosing Healthy self-care challenge! The goal for this month’s Start with ONE thing self-care challenge is to identify at least ONE area that you want to focus on by developing sustainable healthy habits and be consistent with it such as getting at least 30 minutes of exercise in daily, eating low carb, non starchy foods, getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep daily and/or practicing intentional self-care daily. In addition to that I challenge you to Choose Healthy by reducing or eliminating high carb/sugary foods and to eliminate snacking in between meals.
