Happy October 2021 to you!!! It’s time for our October self-care challenge where we will focus on getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep in daily. Are you ready to get this month started healthy by getting more sleep? Getting adequate sleep is critical for our metabolic health and beyond. Go to the link below for details on this month’s self-care challenge where we will also focus on the following:
– Eating Clean Whole Low Carb Foods
– Reducing Stress by Practicing Intentional Self-care Daily
– Eliminating Snacking, Processed Foods, Starchy Carbs and Sugar (with the exception of low glycemic fruit) from our meals.
Often we focus more on weight loss when we make healthy changes but let’s change our focus to getting healthier and weight loss will become a byproduct of that effort. Are you with me???
