You Owe It To Yourself To Get Healthy!

Happy Thursday Healthy People!!! How are things going? Well it’s day 18 of our 30 day challenge! Hope you have been staying on track with your diet of eating clean, sleeping 7-8 hrs a night and getting exercise in 5 days a week for at least 45-60 mins each session. I know at times staying committed to an eating clean and exercise plan can be hard but believe me it’s the best health decision you can ever make. Love yourself enough to stay on track. Reward yourself with eating healthy foods and snacks and with an extra exercise session a week. Go to bed earlier tonight so you won’t have to drink coffee to stay awake the next day. (That was for me! lol) This is all for you and for God’s glory. We need a healthy you! You’ve got work to do! STAY ON TRACK! Let’s get it!!!
