Happy Friday!!! It’s Day 19 of our challenge! I hope you are getting it in at the gym and on the healthy and whole foods tip! As promised here is an article on the dangers of eating artificial sweetners. Make sure you read this article in its entirety & share with me your thoughts on it. We have to become knowledgable on the foods and substances we are putting in to our body. Just because it is FDA approved doesn’t mean much at all! Be informed and try at all costs to eat clean whole foods from the earth not something made in a lab & tested on animals! I will be sharing more about other ingredients to watch out for soon.
