Motivate Monday! Reasons To Stick To Eating Clean!

Happy Monday Everyone! I hope you are making today great! Well today is Motivate Monday & I just want to continue to educate you around the reasons why eating clean is not about being on a diet, or losing weight but more about being healthy. Have you ever heard the saying that you are what you eat? Well I won’t go that far but I will say what you consume can make the difference in your health. So if you eat unhealthy food guess what you eventually will become unhealthy. If you eat healthy food you will become healthy.

How many of you want to either stay or become healthy? God knows I do and I know you do too. Take some time to access this link below and become informed of the substances that we are eating when we consume processed foods. It’s enough to make you want to become a straight clean eater going forward. Make sure you read the food ingredient labels before you buy food in a box or package going forward!   1. Haha! Thanks for posting that link- it was quite entertaining to go through.
    I wonder if the Shellac they mention is the same kind used in the gel-nail polish. I love getting Shellac on my nails because it stays on twice as long as regular nail polish, but I wonder what this means for the products that are made with it-ew!!
