Your 30 Day Challenge : 1 Week Down & 3 More To Go!

It’s Day 8 of our 30 Day Challenge and we have officially completed one week of it! How did it go for you? What challenges have you been running into? Please voice any concerns to me so we can come up with some solutions! I truly want each of you to be successful on this challenge.

Thursday is our first weigh in day so please get up Thursday morning and weigh in. Once you way yourself update your weight in MyFitnesspal so we can all celebrate any weight loss you have experienced or let me know how you did through Facebook messenger. If we are not friends on myfitnesspal send me an invite through the app by putting in my email address monicaakerele@gmail.com. I can’t wait to hear about your progress tomorrow!  Stay focused, stay consistent & let’s stay motivated together!
