It’s the coldest day of winter now what?!?!

Happy coldest day of winter ever!!! It’s Day 7 of our #30DayChallenge and I don’t know about you but these temperatures are not motivating me to go to the gym today!!! SMH!  But before I give you the get out of gym free card I have the perfect alternative for you! You can workout from the comfort of your very own home! (YAY!) For this workout all you need are some dumbbells. Remember there are no excuses on this challenge. Even when it’s 8 degrees outside LOL! If you reach a hurdle always try to find a alternative route to keep you headed in the right direction.  Never give up!
