TGIF!!! Mid-month Check In!!!

Happy Friday & TGIF! Today is day 15 of our Keto 30 Day Challenge and it’s our 1st weigh in for this month! 15 days down and 15 more to go! Let me know how the 1st 2 weeks have gone for you? What successes and challenges have you had so far? What do you think you will need to do differently in order to maximize your goal attainment potential? Here are some ideas that you can try!

  1. Consistent exercise
  2. Drink water (try with lemon), unsweetened tea or coffee only (no soda)
  3. Cut out sugar and high carb snacks
  4. Get more sleep
  5. Reduce stress
  6. Reduce your portion sizes
  7. Believe & confess with your mouth that you CAN do it!!!
  8. Get a partner who will hold you accountable!
  9. Stick to Keto!
