Sugar Is NOT My Friend! It’s Not Yours Either! Find Out Why Here!!!


Sugar is NOT my friend it is my enemy!!! There is a staggering statistic that over 50% of Americans are insulin resistant/Pre-diabetic. We should not ignore THIS statistic. I have included a link below that explains why we need to reduce or eliminate sugar from our diets before its too late. I have made the decision to totally eliminate added sugar from my diet because for me diabetes is something that is 3 generations strong in my family. The buck stops here!!! Me nor my children and generations that follow will have this metabolic disease. Even if you have Diabetes today this is something that can be reversed through diet. So don’t throw in the towel just because you have been given this diagnosis. Let’s put in the work and eliminate added sugar, starchy carbs and grains from your diet!!! YOU are so worth it!!!
