30 Day Challenge Update – Let’s Finish Strong!

Happy Monday Everyone! It’s Day 29 of our 30 day challenge! I can’t believe we only have 2 more days left! I don’t know about you but it seems that this challenge has flown by! The goal with this challenge was to prevent weight gain during the holidays. I hope each of you were able to accomplish that & then some! Remember the person who has lost the most weight will receive a free photo shoot in Charlotte NC by Antidote Creative Group For the next 2 days stick to the plan. You are in the homestretch so let’s finish strong together!
