It’s Our First Weigh In Day – March 9, 2015


Happy Sunday Everyone!!! I hope you had a great Spring it Forward weekend!!! Well tomorrow is our first weigh in day for the month of March sooooooooo let’s get it! Weigh first thing after using the bathroom in the morning and let me know how you did. Also update your weight in MyFitnessPal so its being tracked weekly! Have a great night guys.
