Will You Be Prepared When Hunger Strikes?


Happy Friday Everyone! It’s Day 12 of our challenge! How are things going? I pray each of you are continuing to push through the excuses and getting your exercise in daily! How is the eating clean going? The key to staying on track with that is pre-planning. I have my best days diet wise when I plan and pack my meals and snacks the night before. As a result there is no room for me being caught unprepared when hunger strikes. Today I am having apple sauce, almonds and cucumber with hummus for my snacks. What about you?
