It’s Time To Turn Your Workout Up!


Happy Monday All! It’s Day 8 of our challenge and I’m excited! I’m excited about you and what you have committed yourself to do for the remaining 22 days of our challenge.  Now that Thanksgiving is out of the way we can get down to some serious business! I don’t know about you but I have some serious turning up to do starting today through the end of the challenge. So as the picture states I just killed my workout. I knocked out 60 minutes.  30 minutes on the elliptical trainer and 30 minutes of calisthenics including pushups, sit ups, dips, planks,  etc..  What about you?  What exercises will you be completing today?  I want to hear from you!
