Day 10 – Redefining Your Possibilities!

Happy Wednesday Everyone! It’s day 10 of our 30 Day challenge and I’m super excited by all of the responses I’m getting on how well the challenge is going. So far on the first week there has been an average loss of 3 pounds amongst those who of you who have responded on your progress so far. That’s absolutely awesome! As for myself I have lost 4 pounds in one week!!! Praise God for that!!! So let me ask you… What have you defined as possible in your life? Do you think its possible for you to lose weight? Do you think its possible for you to change your eating habits and begin to eat clean? Do you think it’s possible for you to exercise at least 3-5 days weekly for at least 30-45 mins? Well “As a man or woman thinks in his (or her) heart so is he” (or she) – Proverbs 23:7. Change begins in your mind. You have to renew your mind and redefine your possibilities. I believe its possible for you! Nothing is holding you back but you! So let’s do a 180 & change our mind, so we can change our direction and get on the right path. Make this challenge a priority and don’t forget to get at least 8 hours of sleep nightly also. It can make such a big difference in your overall health and progress. Let’s go Ya’ll!!!
