Hello Everyone it’s Day 23 of our #30DayChallenge and it’s also our Weigh In day! We literally have 1 week left to go on our challenge. How are things going for you? As for me I’m holding steady and I could allow that to discourage me but I’m not going to give the scale that much power. As long as you know you are remaining consistent with your exercise and continuing to eat clean then all is well. Just make sure you are watching your portions and tracking your calories in MyFitnesspal. If you have not been able to stay on track email or message me that as well and let’s see what we can come up with to help you get back on track. Let’s finish the last week strong!
