What is your exercise plan for today? The American Heart Association recommends getting at least 30 minutes of exercise/physical activity in on most days of the week. Make a plan to get some exercise in this week when possible. Make sure before starting that you discuss with your doctor what amount and what type of exercise is best for you!!! Let’s get it!!!
