Happy Tuesday Keto FAM!!! It’s time for our mid-month weigh in for this month’s challenge! Let me know what scale and/or non-scale victories or challenges you’ve experienced this month! How are you coping with staying at home during this time? I pray all is well with you and you family during these unprecedented times! In spite of what’s happening on the outside I encourage you to manage what is going on in the inside of your house and change the atmosphere so that its conducive for you to still achieve your goals. Make space for working out, carve out space for you to relax and get the necessary rest, get rid of any snacks/sweets that will hijack your progress. You’ve got this Keto Family!!!
